We're looking for friendly, confident Sales / Customer Services Advisors to join our call centre team in Wakefield. This role is all about speaking to customers who need help with appliance repairs — answering questions, booking jobs, and making sure they feel looked after from the first call. You'll be dealing with real people, real problems, and helping turn enquiries into confirmed bookings.

About the role

It's a UK-based team in a modern office in Wakefield. Calls come in through a queueing system and you'll handle inbound enquiries, outbound follow-ups and the occasional escalation. We give every new starter a structured 2-week induction.

What you'll do

  • Take inbound calls from customers booking appliance repairs
  • Quote prices, confirm appointment slots and capture appliance details accurately
  • Follow up on unconverted enquiries with a soft, helpful approach
  • Escalate technical or pricing questions to the right team
  • Hit a fair set of conversion and call-quality targets

What we're looking for

  • Previous phone-based customer service or sales experience is ideal but not essential
  • Clear, confident speaking voice and good written English
  • Comfortable using a CRM and switching between several systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to commute to Wakefield
