Multi-Brand Domestic Appliance Engineer – Nationwide

About the role
You'll be in your own NAC-branded van, dispatched same/next-day to customers in your area. Most jobs are diagnosed and fixed on the first visit, with the stocked van and our spare-parts ordering platform covering the rest.
What you'll do
- Attend pre-booked appointments in customers' homes
- Diagnose and repair washing machines, ovens, fridges, dishwashers and other major white-goods
- Quote fixed prices on the spot for non-trivial repairs
- Order parts and book follow-up visits where needed
- Keep your van stocked with common-fault parts
What we're looking for
- Experience across multiple major appliance brands
- Full UK driving licence
- Good customer service skills — most of your day is in someone's home
- Comfortable with mobile diagnostics and order-entry on a tablet
