Engineer was polite and really helpful.
To have to wait in for up to 5 hours is too much. The engineer Charlie was friendly and did an excellent job. The entire cost of almost £200 was more expensive than I had anticipated.
Excellent service. Arrived on time. Identified the problem. Parts ordered & fitted.
Lisa was very helpful on the phone; she got me booked in for the next day and I received WhatsApp messages confirming everything. I actually decided not to go ahead with the repair I had booked, and it was very quick and easy to cancel my appointment and for my refund to be processed. Thank you Lisa and NAC :)
Great service good value for money. My engineer was called Charlie he txt in advance of his arrival his knowledge was brilliant. He had to come back to fit a part i couldn't fault his work and such a polite and efficient person. Thanks again.
Good service. Tumble drier repaired. A little frustrating that the job couldn't be completed at first visit as needed simple spares, so engineers needed to return again.
Very efficient engineers came as soon as the part was available.
Prompt efficient service easily booked through friendly helpful reception, price clearly stated engineer appointment arranged update provided as appropriate. The work was carried out satisfactorily. I paid by card an line receipt was received immediately. I would certainly use NAC again.
