Michael got the ball rolling for us in a new property. We were sorted with our freezer in no time at all. Would defo recommend NAC Domestic Appliances Ltd
The communication was good with phones answered promptly and text messages confirming visits. Engineer immediately located the problem and ordered a part promptly. However, be mindful that the parts are an additional cost. It was one call out fee for 2 visits plus the part so reasonable value.
Engineer arrived on time specified by his telephone call. He explained what was wrong and gave an estimate of the cost to repair the dishwasher. He then recommended that it would be more feasible to replace the dishwasher rather than repair it.
Needed a repair to my oven 6 days before Xmas, rang sooo many Gas Safe people and was told do not repair ovens, then I rang NAC, WOW so glad I did. AJ came to my property the next day and the repair was done in 20 mins, very professional, very polite.
Everything about the company has been great. Keeping me up to date with information. Polite and helpful information on the phone. Very happy staff. Quick response.

I called NAC after a google search and found them to be a very professional company to deal with. They gave me a next day appointment and the engineer arrived on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He did a temporary repair so we could carry on using the fridge, and the part arrived in about 2 weeks and was quickly installed. A great service.
Washing machine stopped draining. Booked an engineer for same day, paid the quote online and received an email and text letting me know an engineer would be with me between 1 and 6. The engineer identified the problem very quickly and fixed it within around 40 minutes. Would definitely recommend.
NAC were able to find me an engineer for the following day who turned up within the hours scheduled and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. Paid by card, had a quick chat and that was that. Very good. Will obviously use again.
