Our Range cooker was repaired very quickly, the man was extremely knowledgeable and also gave advice on an issue that was concerning us. We were very pleased with the outcome.
Initial assessment was quick and competent and arranged much faster than I expected. Confirmation of the appointment time sent the day before as promised. Then the part was ordered and available in much less than a week. Friendly engineer came and fitted the replacement part quickly and efficiently, tested the appliance and even cleaned inside of dust and fluff from places I wouldn't have been able to access. Overall I was very pleased. I would use them again.
My initial telephone enquiry was dealt with promptly and the booking system and call out charges fully and clearly explained. The Engineer was brilliant: friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. As well as sorting out the problems very quickly, he gave us some very useful insights into using our various kitchen appliances much more efficiently.
On time, fixed the problem, very pleasant engineer and a reasonable price. Thank you.
