I phoned NAC on Monday and Jason came Tuesday after a cancellation. He was very nice and informative, explaining what had gone wrong. The oven got fixed and he's sorting a part for the microwave. So pleased I found them and would certainly recommend.
Very happy with the service. Cleaned the burners on my double oven and adjusted the door catches on my 23 year old Rangemaster, and didn't charge me any more than was quoted for the call out.
Next day visit correctly diagnosed the issue with our dishwasher. A follow up call advised the cost of parts and organised a speedy appointment for the fix. Parts fitted efficiently by a knowledgeable engineer and all now OK. Happy to recommend.
Great company to deal with. I booked an appointment for two days later and was told I'd be informed 30 minutes before arrival. Would have liked to know morning or afternoon, but apart from that a wonderful service.
Problem was fixed quickly and without fuss.
Vladimir came to do a microwave repair. Sadly it was beyond fixing and I need a new one. Very helpful and pleasant, he helped me with measurements and we looked at other appliance options. Would recommend this company. Thank you.
