Efficient, Fast & Professional !
Charlie the engineer was a cheerful Charlie, did the dishwasher repair job efficiently and on time and the office back up was very good indeed. Not cheap but you get what you pay for and I was happy to pay for what we got - excellent all round. Henry Scrope.
Engineer cleared the drain. Found a fault with the condenser which was causing water to drip down inside the fridge. Advised the need for a replacement as this could persist.
Easy to book. Kept informed of what was happening and when. Prompt, efficient service.
Promptness of service and an agreeable engineer who was clear about what the problem was.
Can't fault Charlie the engineer. I do think the way the advertising emphasises 'same or next day' is misleading - my oven broke on a Monday and the engineer couldn't come until Thursday, then he needed to order a part and come back the following week to fit it. I recognise that NAC probably has little control over how quickly parts can be acquired, but I'd encourage them to be a bit more honest about their service level estimates.
