Leesa was very helpful on the phone and the gentleman who came out rang to confirm he could arrive earlier than the appointment time. Sadly my dryer couldn't be repaired as it was a circuit problem, but he was polite and honest throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
Second time I've used NAC. One phone call, a date that suited me booked in, then the time slot sent on the day. The engineer let me know he was running late, which I appreciated. The drum had come away so it couldn't be fixed, but I'd still recommend them and thought the call out charge was reasonable.
Rapid response, great service. The engineer honestly advised that replacing the appliance would be better value than repairing it, then gave me tips on fitting a new one myself and said to call for any further advice. Very impressed.
I received courteous, friendly and attentive service and was given clear information about what happens next. Everything was explained properly and I knew exactly where I stood.
AJ was excellent. He was professional and arrived at an early appointment. He replaced the thermocouple in 20 minutes. I would contact him again for future repairs.
