Excellent service. I was given a window and the engineer rang me to let me know he'd be with me shortly, which I appreciated. He was very polite and professional, got the job done very efficiently.
The engineer turned up on time, smart and polite. Diagnosed the problem with our microwave, ordered a new part and said he'd be back to fix as soon as it arrived. That's exactly what he did. Excellent service, highly recommend NAC!
