My repair job was a 25-year old washing machine with an electrical fault that tripped the mains when switched on. Arranging a repair man to call worked well. No repair was done as he quickly found the electrical parts were no longer available.
Good and clear communication, quick response and value for money given.
Fixed a door seal that was leaking. Washing machine now working fine. Would be nice to have a set time frame for arrival rather than 'from 10am onwards'. Hence 4 star.
