Great service. I had someone come out on the day I called to diagnose the problem. Jordan then returned with the part and fixed the machine in 15mins. He was very friendly and knowledgeable
My fridge was dying and Ashley went through a series of diagnostics to identify the problem. He found that the refrigerant levels were low, and performed a full re-gas. At all stages he explained what he was doing. Costs were explained up front and were very reasonable.
Good value for money as the payment includes all time required to diagnose and repair machine. The guy came at time stated and rang me first. We required a new part which he ordered and came back two days later to finish the job. Would recommend to anyone.
