Very easy to book online for somebody who's not technically minded. Matthew came, knew what the problem was, mended it. Very clean and efficient, would recommend them, very pleased.
Jason rang to confirm when he would arrive and this was on time. I have an old cooker with a few problems. Jason spent time and lots of patience making sure everything was working safely.
I reported a problem online and got a prompt, clear response. Andrew quickly diagnosed a broken pump spindle and NAC ordered the part. He fitted it expertly and cleared the drain. Smooth and painless, everything works perfectly again.
Andrew was pleasant and efficient and addressed the problem with the minimum of fuss.
