The first point of contact at NAC was very helpful and kept us informed of the visit. On arrival Les checked out the appliance and diagnosed the fault. The repair was done in a very professional manner. We would highly recommend this company.
We were very happy with our recent repair to our heat pump tumble dryer. We were kept updated as to what time the engineer would arrive and Dan was very professional and friendly. He also gave us some tips on how best to use the dryer.
