This is the first time I have used NAC but from start to finish I have received EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hayden our engineer was polite professional and very quick to identify the issue with my Range Master cooker/induction hob. I would 100% recommend this company.
The repair was more complicated than first expected as parts were required to complete the task. This meant that the service engineer was compelled to make three visits to our property. Appointments were signalled clearly & confirmed promptly. Overall I was delighted with the service I received.
