From contacting NAC to book our repair to Daniel the engineer coming out to repair the tumble dryer was prompt and very professional. We needed a part which was ordered straight away and fitted a couple of days later. We only had to pay for the part as fitting was covered by the call out charge. Will definitely use again.

Had a problem with my Hisense fridge freezer not cooling. Steve arrived to have a look, advised me of my options, ordered the part and replaced it this morning. The freezer and fridge are now cooling as they should. Knowledgeable, friendly and nothing was ever a problem. Highly professional and I would definitely recommend.
