Repair appointment was very easy to book online. NAC kept in touch throughout and answered any phone calls or queries promptly. Engineer Mark quickly sorted out what was necessary to repair my oven, ordered the spare part needed and showed it the price before proceeding to make sure I was happy. He arrived at the time agreed and repaired my oven quickly and efficiently with no mess. Would not hesitate to call NAC again.

Had to wait over a week for the part for my oven which was a bit inconvenient but eventually it was fixed quick and easy no problem gentleman was very polite and nice no hesitation recommending nacrepair.co.uk.
Andy arrived on time to unblock the pump on my washing machine which is integrated and needed the plinth removing. He did a good clean job and fixed back on neatly. A nice friendly guy. Would definitely recommend.
