All contact with NAC was professional and polite. I booked online and their local representative arranged a date that suited me. He phoned about 30 minutes before arriving, came with all the parts needed, and finished in 30 to 45 minutes. Clean and tidy throughout.
Rang Friday morning with an inoperable washing machine. Helpful operator booked a visit for Monday, confirmed by email. The engineer texted his ETA and arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed a failed heater element and offered a replacement from the van. Friendly and helpful throughout.
Prompt and efficient call out, quick identification of the issue and then a review of the whole appliance. Parts ordered and paid for through an efficient system, and fitted the next day. Also good advice on why the fault happened. Highly recommend.
Brilliant service. Came out the same day, only took 10 minutes and fixed my oven.
Arrived on time and very polite. The problem fixed itself while the engineer was here, so I'll wait to see if it comes back. Being a pensioner I found it a bit pricey. Seems like a good company and they do keep you informed.
