Really impressed from start to finish. After being cancelled on by another company I was a little frazzled. Booking was super smooth, with messages and emails beforehand giving timings and the engineer's name. Haydn was polite and clear on the problem. Would highly recommend.
The call handler was very good and explained the cost upfront. The engineer called round the same day but couldn't fix it without the part. The part was ordered and fitting arranged. The whole process was flawless and my machine is working again.
