Very professional company and the booking process was quick. The engineer texted the same evening to let me know the day and time he'd arrive. Ken was very knowledgeable and found the fix for my washing machine. I'd definitely use them again.
Booked an appointment for my mum's oven and they came at 8am and fixed it really quickly. We didn't know what was wrong, they found it was a broken fuse behind the power cut. It's been working even better ever since.
From the moment I booked the repair appointment I was kept informed of every step. The repair man arrived on time, found the problem and resolved it. A very pleasant, efficient gent. Couldn't be better.
Sarah was super efficient and very helpful throughout. The whole thing was sorted without any fuss and I'd happily recommend them to anyone in Ipswich needing a dishwasher looked at.
