Great service from NAC and their engineer Greg
From the time I called to report my fault with my dishwasher I was kept informed. They were professional and the repair man arrived on time and very pleasant.
Easily arranged same day repair for a failed oven heating element. Friendly efficient service from the lady who organised the call out and a similar experience with the engineer who effected the repair. Whilst not exactly inexpensive, it was a lot cheaper than replacing the faulty oven.
Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable engineer.
The repairman was very polite, thoroughly explained the issue, fixed it, and had my dishwasher running within half an hour. Also cleaned up after himself well. Reasonable price too.
