All good, Alex was very helpful and sorted things out for us. Really pleased with how the visit went from start to finish.
From the first phone call everything ran smoothly. Graeme arrived when he said he would to look at my dryer, diagnosed the problem and ordered a part. He phoned within a couple of days, fitted it and everything was up and running. First class engineer and a lovely person too.
Bosch dryer not working or heating. Graham phoned then came on time and was very pleasant. He sorted the problem straight away. I look after my grandchildren and do their washing, so no dryer in the winter would have been a disaster. I'd definitely use this company again.
The technician was very friendly and explained the problem and possible solution thoroughly. Even after refilling the gas he said it probably wouldn't work, as he couldn't find the leak. He left the place clean and we were only charged the call out amount stated.
As promised, engineer Scott came out to repair my washing machine the following day. He arrived on time and did a great job on my old machine, with no excessive call out charge. I'd certainly recommend him to anyone needing white goods repaired.
Really quick to reply and came out the following day to carry out the repair. The service charge was clear up front, with any parts added on. Reliable and professional service from start to finish.
