Just had our oven fixed today - online booking was extremely easy, I received a call first thing the next morning to confirm. The two engineers kept me constantly updated on arrival time and were both so nice and professional. They replaced the heating element so quickly and the whole experience was stress free. Would highly recommend.

Recommended and will use again. I booked an appointment late on Thursday and the next available was Monday, which was fantastic. I was contacted Friday with Chris's number and he went out of his way, on his weekend, to let me know what time he was going to be with us on the Monday. Peace of mind was given.
The lady who answered made it very clear about the cost and the process, and booked us in with an engineer that suited our convenience. The guy arrived on time, diagnosed the fault, sorted what he could there and then and returned to fit new parts a couple of days later. Payment was as per quote and included VAT, not an add on.
Our washing machine was left by the previous house owners and needed a seal replacement. The engineer arrived on time and had to wrestle the machine into submission over two hours, with rusted screws, a perished seal and barely adequate space to work. He did this with a truly admirable absence of swearing.
Great customer service, came out to me within 48hrs for a dishwasher repair as it had stopped working. Dishwasher repaired and working within 20 mins, great job.
Very friendly and helpful. Arrangements made quickly for my appliance to be fixed the next day. Cost of repairs explained, along with the name of the technician and the company who would be attending. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again for any future breakdowns.
Awesome service from start to finish, polite helpful initial enquiry, explained the costings, prompt attention. The competent engineer advised what parts were needed and the office sent through the cost, with no pressure. He returned a couple of days later to fix everything. Excellent service with affordable repairs.
