The engineer was very clear, happy to explain what he was doing, why he had seen similar faults after a similar 10 yr time period. Company communications about when the Engineer was attending was good. On time both times. Very happy to recommend and use again.
Excellent communications. The booking process was slick and engineer appointment made for the next working day. Nathan diagnosed the quirky problem with my dishwasher and parts ordered. The repair was arranged within a few working days. At the time of writing this review all is well.
Really good service. Kept us informed of appointment date and then gave us a time slot. Problem quickly identified and part ordered with date agreed for fitting. Really like the fixed price irrespective of time taken with just the part to pay for in addition.
