He subsequently turned up on the chosen day, fitted said part, and had the machine up and running in no time. All good communication, no fuss, no mess. These appliance failures are always inconvenient, but much easier to deal with when left to the professionals.
The process was quick and easy. The engineer was very efficient and pleasant.
