Nathan, the engineer who came to repair my fridge, was excellent. Very polite and well mannered, and he told me exactly what he thought the problem might be. My fridge is working again and everything is nice and cold. 10/10 Nathan, you are superb.
We had never used NAC before as we'd always been insured. What a fantastic company. I phoned them, explained my problem and they were out to us within 2 days. The engineer was approachable and explained everything. We've found a company we can trust.
I rang on Tuesday and Yvonne fully explained the charge and what it pays for. Cody texted me with an appointment time, arrived when he said he would, found the fault and got my dishwasher going again. Efficient from start to finish.
