The engineer was extremely helpful and informative. He gave us very useful information about what was wrong with our appliance and the approximate costs. Because it wasn't financially repairable he also gave us good advice on which products to buy and which to avoid.
Only had to wait two days after calling. The engineer was friendly, professional, and he diagnosed and fixed my broken dishwasher very quickly. Great service!

Gave us a 3-hr timeslot in advance, arrived on time, very efficient and helpful. He was able to repair our aging dishwasher, whereas I'm sure other contractors would simply have said the part is obsolete, get a new dishwasher!
Initial phone contact excellent, repair engineer did a good job, firstly to diagnose and carry out an emergency repair, then to fit a new part. Reasonable price. I would use NAC again.
