Easy to arrange an appointment and everyone was polite and friendly and let me know when engineer was coming over
When I rang NAC about my gas hob not working properly, I was offered a next day appointment. Communication was excellent throughout, explaining what to expect in terms of cost and service. I was given a 2 hour time slot and the engineer arrived on the minute of it starting. He was polite, friendly and professional. He quickly identified the fault and fixed it with no added costs. I highly recommend NAC and would use the company again. Thank you!

We originally thought that the filter on our washing machine needed cleaning, so we arranged for someone to come out. Paul contacted us, and we arranged a date for the work. He came promptly on the day and was very amiable. He got straight on with the job which was a set fee, whatever he needed to do. Paul was courteous, and seemed very good at his job. We would definitely recommend this company.

Could not fault the service we experienced from our NAC engineer (Nathan). We moved into our new house only to find our beautiful Smeg range had numerous issues with all of the ovens. The engineer fixed one only to uncover more issues. After several visits at no extra charge apart from the parts we now have a fully working oven. Communication is first class. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Excellent work carried out by engineer who arrived on time. I cannot give this company a glowing review due to the prices they are charging for spare parts, I found the same OEM parts on the manufacturers website for less than half the price.
