Found NAC on the internet. Arranging the appointment was easy and the lady I spoke to was polite and pleasant. Everything happened as advised. The engineer came, polite and tidy, and fixed the drive belt on my washing machine in no time.

NAC were very good throughout. Booking was easy and followed by confirmations and updates of when the engineer would arrive. The engineer was excellent, helpful and informative, although he did forget to switch the fridge back on. Luckily I didn't need an engineer to sort that out.
