We had a Hotpoint Tumble Drier problem. Leesa was extremely helpful and arranged a prompt appointment with an engineer and all arrangements were made very efficiently. Well done Leesa.
Lee was an excellent engineer who quickly diagnosed and fixed the fault on our NEFF oven. And very personable too. Good stuff!
Came it quickly. Kept informed of when engineer was coming with the timing and got a text when he was on his way. Engineer was knowledgeable, found the issue and fixed it the next week. Received texts to pay easily. Great service all round.
A friendly and efficient service the technician arrived when he said he would and quickly identified and repaired the fault. Communication was good and we were kept informed throughout.

Prompt initial visit and diagnosis. Repair carried out a week later and oven now works well. Repair man was friendly and helpful. Would have preferred it if he had put the oven on to a blanket rather than directly on to my Karndean floor which is prone to scratches.
