The service engineer arrived at the appointed time early in the morning the day after the company was contacted, and sorted out the blockage in our Tricity Bendix washing machine in no time at all. Just what was needed.
Our fridge freezer broke Sunday afternoon, so I contacted NAC and they came first thing Monday morning. We needed a part which was quoted, emailed to me and then fixed first thing Friday once it had arrived. Very efficient and easy to use, highly recommend.
