From start to finish the contact was very professional and the repair was swift. Cost was pretty much what I expected to pay and so this was also a positive.
The information in advance of the appointment was good. The engineer arrived on time and was friendly and effective.

The engineer, Darryn, was very thorough, explained what he was doing throughout the visits. Telling us about the pros and cons of the repair. Also good to see that he was training new engineers and explaining to them how to look for the different faults.
