The booking process was easy and efficient. The engineer attended as planned and called just before he arrived. He did a temporary repair on my dishwasher as he needed to order a part, and then came back a week later to finish the job. Everything was perfect and I'd definitely recommend them.
Unfortunately spare parts for our dishwasher are now obsolete. We had to have a new one. Matt was able to get us a new one within a couple of days. This was installed, and old dishwasher taken away all in the one price. Very pleased with the service we received and would definitely recommend.
Well done to NAC, quality from the word go. Bright bubbly and very helpful lady to take my call ref my NEFF oven. Date and time set and kept on their engineers arrival. Both very smartly dressed in company clothing. Fault found and rectified within 20 minutes.

Easy to book. Repairman arrived on time. Very competent repairman, ordered the correct part and the whole job was done in a week.
My oven went and I had to decide to repair or buy new. As it was only a few years old, I went for repair and tried NAC as it was easy to book online. It needed a new part which had to be ordered. I had paid the one off call out fee, so didn't pay for the second visit and just paid for the part, which was a lot cheaper than a new cooker.
