My oven tripped the electrics and after booking online at 8pm on the Tuesday, James was with us at 9am the next morning. He identified the element needed, I ordered it from the link, and within five working days he was back to fit it. Courteous, careful and very professional.
You are fully informed of what the visit entails, cost and possible part charges. No panic about the freezer not working properly even though it was 20 years old. The problem was soon found and a part ordered. Freezer still working and no food lost. Polite staff who kept us in the picture.
The engineer was very prompt. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part and installed it easily. I would recommend anyone to use them.
Very happy with the service. Professional lad, clean, and sorted the problem with our dishwasher. I was sceptical at first but respect where it's due.
Becky was quick to answer my call and arranged an engineer visit within a couple of days to assess the problem with our cooker hood. She was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed about getting the engineer out to the house.
