communication was very good engineer arrived on time. unfortunately the reported issue with dishwasher was behaving itself on the day and it was all working correctly. he did through check and said all ok.
Quick response to having a service engineer on site who identified the problem and ordered a new part which was fitted without delay. Could not ask for more.

Website was easy to use to register my issue and to book an engineer. Engineer was prompt and quickly deduced the problem. Was sensible with his advice, giving options as well as recommendations.
Absolutely excellent service after contact about my noisy oven they sent Dylan out the same day who soon found the problem, a spare part was ordered and Dylan returned to fit it, problem solved, I would highly recommend this company for a fast and efficient service
Bill was prompt to come to us and diagnosed the problem immediately. He ordered the part which came the next morning and rang to arrange a time. Came and fitted it, job done. We couldn't have asked for more.
I called NAC after the knob on my 19-year-old fitted double oven stopped working. Temitope was able to come the next day with the correct part. He managed to fit it, even though the part had changed a bit since we bought the oven. He also got the oven light working again. It was all over in under an hour.
Excellent service, booked Wednesday evening and came Friday morning. Engineer identified the problem immediately and completed the job without any parts needed. I have no problems recommending NAC and I would use them again due to their professional attitude and efficiency.
